If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.
- Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.

- Items with price ending in .99 ARE FINAL SALE!
- All original tags must be attached.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
- if there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept the return.
1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :)
2. Include your Order Number (in original confirmation email) and a Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) along with your first and last name (even if you have emailed or direct messaged me on social.)
