If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.
- Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.
- Bralettes are final sale.
- Jewelry is final sale.
- Hats and Beanies are final sale.
- Accessories are final sale.
- Items with price ending in .99 ARE FINAL SALE!
- All original tags must be attached.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
- If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept the return.
1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :)
2. Include your Order Number (in original confirmation email) and a Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) along with your first and last name (even if you have emailed or direct messaged me on social)

For Local Returns:
1. Please Please Please put the return in a bag of some sort (it can be a plastic bag or a different mailer but I ask that it is sealed in case of rain.) I will not accept returns that are thrown in the basket with no protection of the clothes. You will be responsible to come back and pick up within 24 hours if this happens. If you do not get it, it will be donated to The Call NWA with no money back to you.
2. If you choose to return locally and you place the clothing in a bag, I still need your info in the bag (see above.)
