Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has successfully gone through. You will receive a "ready for pickup" message via text or email, depending on the information given at checkout. Please use that message to ensure your order is certainly ready for pickup. Without that text or email, it is NOT ready for pick up. If you do not think you can pickup within 48 hours after you place your order, please choose the shipping option.

If you fail to pick up your package within 5 days of receiving the "it's ready" text/email, I will donate your item to The Call NWA and you will receive no money back unless you have communicated with me to make other plans immediately.

*** By choosing this option, you are confirming you are able to pick up your order within 48 hours and no later than 5 days from the date your order is ready for pick up. You are giving permission that if you fail to pick it up, you abandon the order and you will not be refunded.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.
